Processing: After your payment is authorized and verified, orders can take 2-3 business days to process. 

Shipping: All orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days in addition to the processing days. You will receive a tracking number to your email once your order has been shipped. Please make sure your address is correct. Due to covid shipping time may vary.

Refunds/exchanges: ALL sales are final. NO refunds NO exchanges

Returned packages: If your package is returned for any reason besides an error from the business, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees to have it shipped back to you. Also if there's a refund given the shipping fee will be deducted from the purchase total.

Priority mail: If you choose priority/express mail please keep in mind that the actual shipping time does not start until the post office receive and accept your package.
